Research Cold Store

The UIS’s Research Cold Store service provides competitively priced, resilient, enterprise-grade storage that allows users to store large amounts of infrequently accessed research data. Its features have been designed to balance the need to protect data in accordance with its value and longevity against prohibitive costs. Click here for more information on RCS.

Note

From 1 November 2022, all CSD3 systems will require MFA (MultiFactor Authentication) in order to login, this includes access to storage projects via the SSH Gateways. For more information see the full page outlining the steps required - MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)
