Access RCS from the HPC Clusters
================================

If you are an existing user of the HPC clusters hosted in the West Cambridge Data Centre, RCS will already be mounted on these systems and your project space available at:

.. code-block:: bash

    /rcs/user/<CRSID>/<project directory>

Example:

.. code:: bash
    
    /rcs/user/wjt27/rcs-wjt27-myproject

If you are a member of multiple projects they will be listed under your /rcs/user directory. 

Data can be transferred in or out of the service in the same ways in which you would normally transfer data into or out of the HPC clusters (i.e. by rsync, scp etc to the cluster login nodes).
